Business courses

Think about the payoff of: ‘Language based business support & training’. The ability to communicate in Dutch can contribute to your company successfully conducting business in The Netherlands and/or improve relations with Dutch companies. Doing business is more than understanding grammar – culture and habits are equally important. We make sure people learn the vocabulary specific to their field. We put your company’s interest first with the ultimate goal being to successfully conduct business in the Dutch market.

Learn Dutch trains not only call centre agents who speak to Dutch customers on a daily basis but also IT specialists who work for a Dutch head office and who need to be able to understand the daily practice of their mother company. From multinationals and banks to SME’s and starting entrepreneurs, our tailor-made solutions will deliver results.

In cooperation with Muiswerk we have developed Dutch language apps. Students can work individually in their own time and at their own level and pace to acquire advanced skills in the Dutch language. We check, follow and train them in speaking Dutch and the vocabulary of the company.

Do you need to deal with Dutch or Flemish companies and tackle cultural problems? Let us support you.

Want to translate websites, brochures, videos into Dutch? We do it quickly and cost effectively.

Mediation Courses

Mediation and Learning Dutch might sound like an unusual combination of courses. However, in order to become a mediator or a Dutch teacher, one needs basic training. We are an officially recognized and respected training institute and our knowledge and experience have attracted the interest of other training and teaching institutes, who ask us to pre-check exams and see if they meet the required level/standards.

Mediation is a contemporary way of preventing and managing conflicts. The Mediation Course we offer is run in Dutch or English and internationally recognized by SIAM (South African Institute for Mediation). There are no winners or losers in mediation, nor is there right or wrong. The mediator is neutral and independent. The training is aimed at managers, entrepreneurs, executives, governors of organizations and institutions who, after the training, will be certified as basic mediators.
